There are several outstanding natural phenomena in the vicinity. A promenade leads around the Prološko Blato Lake, where you can walk or ride a bike. There is also a fishing lake nearby.
The two-storey villa is 300m2 with modern furnishings, bright en-suite bedrooms and first class facilities such as a 55m2 outdoor pool, gym.
