Zudem noch ein separater, abschließbarer Abstellraum.

Das Haus liegt im Feriendorf Eckwarderhörne in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich, zum Fähranleger (u.a. Personen-/Fahrradfähre nach Wilhelmshaven) und einen zum Feriendorf gehörenden 50.000 qm gr. Binnensee (mit einer ca. 500 qm gr. Sandliegewiese direkt am Binnensee, Schwimmponton und Stegen). Zum Strandbad Eckwarderhörne mit der Strandhalle, Leuchtturm, Fähranleger und Ausgangspunkt für geführte Wattwanderungen mit Matthias Schulz sind es etwa 800 m.
Im idyllisch und abseits vom Verkehrsgeschehen liegenden Feriendorf gibt es den Deichgasthof "To´n Spieker", Fahrradverleih, Kinderspielplatz und eine 1.000 qm große Spielwiese mit Beachvolleyballfeld, Badmintonfeld, Baskettballkorb, Aussen-Tischtennisplatte, Sandkiste und Schaukeln.
