The house is located in the famous Via Brigantino, it consists of 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with washing machine, toilet and washbasin) and living room with fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful terrace and a small garden complete the house.
The house has just been refurbished, so it is modernly and finely furnished with typical furniture of Sardinia.
Guests have free parking right in front of the house entrance!
I live nearby, so I'm available for any kind of information (things to do, places to visit, restaurants, ..)
The area around the house is very nice, quiet and pleasant. It is only a 5-minute walk from the Porto Cervo square. The harbor is 5 minutes by car and 15 by foot.
All the most famous beaches are only 10 minutes drive away, as is the Pevero Golf Club.
Costa Smeralda is a unique place in the world, you have to visit it at least one time in your life! Wonderfull landscapes, 'caraibbean' sea, breathtaking sunsets and more ...

Summary: The property was well located and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Unfortunately the property was surrounded by heavy construction and impeded our ability to move our car safely. The construction was not disclosed by property owner and we reported our displeasure at check-in. We were concerned for our safety because of heavy equipment and large trucks. We left the property a day early and asked for compensation. I let the owner know that she may want to communicate the current situation to her next guests. If we had known about the construction noise each morning and throughout the day, smell from trucks, dirt piles obstructing our parking area, we would have NEVER rented this property. We would appreciate a refund for leaving one day early.
