Villa Planika is located in a peaceful area called Ratac, a few steps from the most beautiful sea in the world called Adriatic Sea. It is just 25 minutes drive from the city of Dubrovnik, the most known historical Old town and global destination.
The villa is in an ideal location to enjoy the clear waters or exploring Dubrovnik region. We recommend you to take a day trip to other interesting places such as the island of Korcula, the island of Mljet, Peljesac Peninsula, the small town of Ston, where are great oyster restaurant, the town of Mostar, Medjugorje, Cavtat, and exc.
The villa is placed to enjoy in natural sounds of the sea and birds, and great picturesque view to Elafiti Islands (the island of Šipan, Lopud and Koločep).
On the northwest side, just 5 minutes drive, is small town of Slano. There are supermarkets and a few restaurants. On the southeast,2 km away, you have the beach (Big Rocks) Veliki Zali. There you can hire a water scooter or have a dinner on the beach.
Villa can be rented as a whole. It accomodates six people, there are two bedrooms (one with king size bed and one with two twin size beds), in the living room is sofa that accomodates two people. The house consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, wc, living/dining area, the porch, kitchen, big terrace with shade, the tavern with barbeque area, private rocky beach and rest area in shadow. It is equipped with all devices from aircondition, DVD, LCD TV, satelitte TV, kitchen utilities, washing mashine, dishwasher, microwave, electric and gas stove, oven, filter coffe maker, toster, we provide linens and towls.
