Our Villa is a two storey house and its interior occupies a space of 200 m2. It accommodates up to 9 guests and is ideal for families and groups of friends who seek relaxation and memorable family moments. The house is wonderfully and discreetly decorated, yet very practical, covering all basic needs.. Villa features four lovely bedrooms (three double and one twin), two of which are on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. Also, all bedrooms are sunny and airy. Bedrooms on the first floor both opening to large verandas with breathtaking views and their own outside sitting area, equipped with furniture. A bathroom and a separate wc - shower are on the ground floor and an additional family bathroom with a bathtub can also be found on the first floor. Located on the ground floor, is the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, with a beautiful open fireplace. The open plan design creates a cozy atmosphere and relaxing environment. The space is sunny and airy all day long, giving off a light, summer feeling! In most areas you can enjoy the fantastic unobstructed view of the area and the sea! Dining outdoors is an experience you should definitely try and you most certainly will love it!
The 420 m2 outdoor space of Dolce Vita Villa provides everything you need for a memorable family holiday, including a 25m2 private swimming pool (1.50 m deep) in a beautiful terrace, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, where you’ll love spending your time, just enjoying the sun and the summer breeze!
