Going inside this 280 sqm villa there is a great-hall sized living with spectacular views of inland Crete, dining and kitchen area and a 20sqm balcony. Then still on the ground floor, a unique modern stone and wood inspired bathroom. Opposite you will find one of the bedrooms and up the open wood stairs to a gallery corridor leading into the other 2 bedrooms and one smaller bathroom. There is no air conditioning in the living room but only in the bedrooms, as Villa Limeri's 420 m altitude and well angled position keep things cool. Rethymnon is the capital of the prefecture of the same name. It lies between the other two large towns - Herakleion to the east (at a distance of 80 kms.) and Chania to the west (at a distance of 60 kms). Rethymno City is really close.
