Holiday house consisting of two separate apartments with two terraces, a grill area and playground, with direct access to the sea and beach down some steps, ideal for two families
There are two big terraces, one roof and one open, with garden furniture and loungers. The terrace affords a great panoramic view of the sea. There is a garden grill beside the house and there are two parking spaces on site. There is a little playground for children with a slide, kids’ pool and sandpit with a sunshade.
This holiday house is in Rogač on the island of Solta, an idyllic little island by the Croatian coast. Rogač is the main harbour on the island and has good ferry connections to the mainland. The crossing from Split, the largest coastal town in Croatia, takes less than 40 minutes. The quiet surroudnings the house is in are ideal for relaxing. Just a few metres and steps separate the house from the beach and the sea. The house provides 105m² of living space, is suitable for a maximum of ten people and consists of two separate apartments connected by outdoor stairs. Both apartments have practical and modern furnishing. Each apartment comprises two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other two single beds. The living rooms each have a sofa bed for one person. The two modern kitchens include a dining space and are fully-equipped with an electric stove, fridge, extractor, freezer (50 litre), coffee machine, kettle, mixer, microwave, dishwasher and crockery. Air conditioning, an LCD TV and free wireless Internet access are available. The two bathrooms are each fitted with a shower.
It is only about 25 metres to the concrete beach, accessed down steps. Rogač is the perfect place to relax and get away from hustle and bustle. It offers its visitors beautiful beaches and a crystal clear sea. You can enjoy your holiday away from noise and the hecticness of town.
The separate apartments are ideal for example for two families who would like to spend their holiday together, but would still like privacy. You have the whole house to yourself, as the owners do not live in the house.
