A beautiful Marche farmhouse with a swimming pool and views of the town of San Costanzo and the sea. Villa Elettra is only 8 minutes from the coast of the Adriatic Sea.

The outdoor area is completely fenced and covers an area of 3000m2 used as a park. with private pool, jacuzzi and solarium. At the disposal of the guests there are ping pong table and foosball table.
