The hut stands with three other huts in the middle of a 130ha private estate at 1650m above sea level - with direct access to the ski piste and yet in a quiet location. Surrounded by meadows, woods, a large playground and its own natural swimming pond. What could be nicer than relaxing on the sun terrace after a refreshing dip in the pond or tobogganing down the floodlit toboggan run just a few metres away in winter after a great day's skiing and then relaxing at the end of the day? Far away from the traffic - in the middle of the Lachtal skiing and hiking area with a marvellous distant view and in an absolutely sunny and quiet location. Our hut can also be reached in winter with four-wheel drive/snow chains without any problems.
The hut is very luxurious but at least as cosy. On the ground floor you will find a perfectly equipped kitchen (electric cooker, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, etc.) with its own beer tap. The kegs can be purchased on site. In the open-plan dining and living area there is a large cosy sitting area, as well as a couch with a view of the SaT TV. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (shower) and a separate WC. The two further bedrooms (one double and one single bed each) on the upper floor also have their own TV. There is also a bathroom (bathtub) with WC. The newly equipped wellness area with sauna, infrared cabin, large whirlpool, shower and separate WC is located in the basement.
In front of the hut you have your own sun terrace with seating and deckchairs, a barbecue and green meadows as far as the eye can see. There is a pond for splashing around or ice skating and a great natural playground right next to your holiday home, so you will never lose sight of the children. Young and old can also enjoy a small petting zoo with rabbits, sheep and donkeys. Ski trail no. 13 in the Lachtal family ski area runs just a few metres from the hut, providing direct access to the ski piste and a direct descent to the hut after a day's skiing.
