The renovated house has been made cosy and bright with light parquet flooring, is spacious and offers corners where you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet that make this area a paradise. Panoramic terrace.This house is a convenient home for families with children due to its proximity of only 30 m to the sandy beach with its shallow and safe waters for children and the large enclosed garden with plenty of space to play and have fun while parents relax on the veranda. Protected by plants that make it cool even on hot summer days. Distant from the sea 30 metres. Final cleaning is € 150 (obligatory).
The town centre of Villasimius is 1.5 - 2 km away with its shops, services, banks, post office, doctor, bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
