Summary: Only complaint was the lack of toiletries. Two nights in a row we asked for towels to be told there was no clean towels avaliable. Even after our room was cleaned and dirty towels taken we were left with no towels at all to use. I had to get pushy with the front desk after being told there were none that they had to give me something for us to use to shower. All of a sudden magically towels appeared.
