Summary: Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 4:30. Told to come back in an hour. We came back a few hours later and staff wasn’t at front desk. Tub backed up during shower and I slipped. Bed had a clean sheet on top of a dirty sheet that was full of hair. Ceiling damaged. Soap dispenser in shower falling apart. No towels available for pool. Pool was dirty.
