Summary: The check in process was horrible and took forever, one person behind me was even given a key to her room only to find it still dirty. According to the manager “too many people checked in at 3, you weren’t supposed to go to your room for 30 more minutes”. The hotel is not taken care of, there were scuffs on the walls, and everything in the hallway looked dirty. The bathtub in my room was disgusting. You book a holiday inn and expect a great experience and this was not it.
