Villa Letizia is a newly built, modern, comfortable holiday villa with swimming pool, in the small coastal town of Cala St. Vincente, in the north of Mallorca, near Pollenca.
Two small bathing bays with a fine sandy beach, Cala Barques and Cala Molins, are within walking distance. (approx. 325 m away)
From the quiet side street, the entrance gate leads a few steps to the main entrance of the house, to the ground floor.
Here are the dining room, the living room, the kitchen and a guest toilet.
The large windows of the elegant living room let a lot of light into the house and have a view of the sea.
The also bright dining room has a large dark wooden table with white leather chairs and stylish pictures on the walls.
The modern kitchen with all appliances has a separate exit to the terrace to the swimming pool.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 in the basement, 2 upstairs.
All bedrooms have 1 bathroom en-suite + 1 guest toilet.
The outdoor area with the garden is small, but very comfortable. The pool has roman steps (stone steps). Guests can sunbathe on the sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers.
There is also a seating area under a shady pergola.

Summary: What we loved: Location - 40 min drive from airport, 5 minutes walk to two small but perfect beaches, bars & restaurants (one being handily right next door!). Quiet & relaxed area. Lovely views of green trees & nature. The roof terrace gave a lovely view of the surrounding area. Size - large villa with plenty of bathrooms/toilets. Rooms were also a good size. Private parking space. Felt very secure. Amenities - well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels & beach towels. Comfy beds, spare duvets, hairdryers, ironing board & iron. The welcome gifts were much appreciated. The only thing I would point out is that the photos must have been taken when the Villa was fairly new & doesn’t fully reflect what it’s like now. It’s now in need of a little TLC & a spruce up. There are no nice palms in pots around the pool, it feels a little tired & in need of a freshen up & some new furniture. This didn’t detach from the enjoyment of our holiday though I must say. We would certainly book again. A caveat: we stayed in October at the end of the season & our transfer back to the airport ditched us the night before we were due to be fly home & wouldn’t pick us up. They said this was because it was the end of the season and the Villa was too far away from tourist areas, despite the transfer being booked for months. Obviously nothing to do with the Villa but something to bear in mind when organising transport.
