Summary: The hotel was in an excellent location, right in the middle of everything. Most places were easily accessible on foot, and for destinations further away, like San Juan, there was a bus that stopped almost in front of the hotel. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The condition of the hotel could use some improvement. The elevator malfunctioned almost daily, and there was wear and tear, for example on the doors and the sofa. There were also some issues with the Wi-Fi connection, but the very friendly staff were helpful with this as well. We are satisfied with the hotel and the service, and we will definitely come again.
