This second floor, spacious, west facing condo boasts beautiful sunsets and overlooks the tennis courts of this well landscaped, peaceful and serene community. Crystal clean pools on either side of building.
Centrally located in Scottsdale only minutes to Talking Stick Resort, Westworld, Mayo Clinic, Honor Health and only 15 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale or Kierland Commons.
Our bright and comfortable home has been fully updated and tastefully remodeled with all our long stay guests comforts in mind.

Summary: Recently updated condo, 2/2 both baths with walkin showers, bedrooms separated by living area, large kitchen, well appointed furnishings. Great location; you can walk to a dozen different restaurants from the condo. Located almost directly on the Indian Bend Wash trail. Also convenient to Giants, Rockies and Dbacks spring games.
