4 Bedroom House in Central Oklahoma City, Oklahoma City
Whether you are traveling for work or visiting OKC, our newly renovated Mid-Century Modern home has everything you need! It sits in a quiet residential neighborhood in Windsor Hills just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown. Our space offers four bedroom, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living spaces, washer and dryer, a basement for a separate space to relax or work, and an indoor jacuzzi!
The space
Each bedroom offers a different size bed: One king; One Queen; and Two Twins. Each bedroom offers plenty of closet space and a TV equipped with Roku. The Queen has a bathroom attached.
The Kitchen is equipped with general everyday appliances such as microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, oven and a refrigerator. It includes all the miscellaneous things you need in a kitchen to be able to fully cook. It is also stocked with condiments and spices.
There is a small basement that provides a separate living space with a futon and TV as well as a desk to be able to work at. The house is equipped with high speed WiFi.
The sun room sits right off of the living room and includes a Jacuzzi.
The backyard has a nice deck with a patio table set. Down in the yard there sits a space with seating around a fire pit.
Guest access
The neighborhood sits in between two main streets (23rd St and Meridian). The access to Warren St. is easy as it is right off of Meridian. Parking is available in the driveway. We ask that there be no street parking.
Other things to note
Parties and social events are not acceptable. Any guest staying past 10 needs to check in.
