Positive: This was our first visit to Austria and our preference was to stay close to the mountains. We found this gem of a property almost an hours drive from Innsbruck. The drive to the property from Munich was really beautiful taking us through the beautiful country side. The property is located in a small town called Landeck. The property is located on the main road with its own dedicated parking. The property owner, Harald kept in constant contact and met us for check-in. The decor of the property was tastefully done and the owner had provided everything in the property that one can think for. Even salt, pepper and oil for breakfast. The property was very clean and comfortable. The master bedroom windows looks out at one of the hills. We also visited Innsbruck which took almost an hour. We felt that Harald went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable answering to our questions and suggesting places to visit while we were there. He also allowed us to check-out late for which we were very grateful. There is a mountain called Venet at 10 mins drive to which you can take a chairlift to the summit with beautiful 360 views. We walked from the first station to the summit which took us almost 2 hours. There is a water fall, and natural ponds close to the property which we did not get a chance to visit. There are many other places to visit at 30mins -1 hr drive from the propery. Lidl is at 5 mins walk from the property. This property is ideally located if you are into walks during summers exploring the beautiful mountains, and skiing during winters.
