2-bedroom, 1 office and 1 bath NON-SMOKING home situated on 1.6 acres and 165 ft of salt waterfront. The total square footage is appx 1600. The main floor is appx 900' sq feet. The master bedroom is located on the main just off the kitchen. There are 2 smaller rooms upstairs. One is a furnished guest bedroom the other is a furnished office with water views. There is an updated kitchen with newer appliances. The kitchen overlooks an open concept bar counter with 2 stools and a dining room all of which have water views. There are French doors leading from the living area onto a 500 sq foot deck with unobstructed views of the Puget Sound and beautiful Burley Bay. There are shared stairs that lead down to a private beach with lower deck and float.

Please note: This house is ideal for an individual or couple sharing the main bedroom. The upstairs bedroom does not have A/C and can become quite warm on unusually hot summer days. A well behaved, small to medium size, mature pet may be accepted with hosts approval and for an additional fee.
The house has a daylight basement. Laundry facilities located in basement are for your use exclusively. It is not livable.
