Stay in a piece of Vermont history. This cozy 3 bedroom 1.5 bath historic home in Waterbury Center built in the 1850’s and possesses all the charm expected in an old Vermont house.
All the modern amenities with a classic Vermont feel.
Conveniently located 20 minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort, 5 minutes off 89, minutes from downtown Waterbury, and walking distance to Cold Hollow Cider Mill.

The space
Entering the historic Vermont home is like walking into a history book. Guests will enter into a foyer and see the very large living room off to the right that comfortably sits everyone for entertainment.
To the left is the dining room, kitchen and full bathroom with a shower. (Note: the house doesn’t have a bath tub but a very large shower).
The stairs are located as you walk in straight up to three bedrooms and a half bath. You will see some updated modern floors and old large plank floors in the upstairs.
One of the bedrooms is connect to another via a door with a fun catwalk making it accessible from the hall.
Great for a family with young children.
Guests will have access to the laundry area and full access to the main section of the house.
