Kanab Bliss is in the heart of Kanab: 4 blocks to the city center, across the street from Jacob Hamblin Park, and just minutes from local hiking trails.
The Space:
Kanab Bliss welcomes you! Immerse yourself in the beauty of Kanab. Our corner lot in a peaceful neighborhood puts you right next to breathtaking vermillion cliffs. Make yourself at home and enjoy the incredible scenery. Enjoy the privacy and security of a fully-fenced yard. The backyard has a 6-foot high solid privacy fence and the front yard has a 3 foot high picket fence, great for keeping kids and pets safe.
Visiting for a 4th of July? Kanab Bliss is the ideal vacation home for you. With a front row seat, you can enjoy a spectacular fireworks show right from your doorstep. Kanab City sets off a breathtaking display in the canyon across the street, illuminating the red rocks like magic. Live music adds to the festive atmosphere – experience it all without leaving the yard!
If you have a little ball player competing in the Heat Stroker, this location gives you prime access to the ball fields as you're located right across the street! Relax under the AC in the comfort of your own home between games, or cool off in the pool!

After a day of adventure, you can cool off with a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool, located in its own backyard enclosure.
A few things about our pool:
*Shallow end 3 1/2 feet. Deep end 5 feet.*
*Children must be supervised in pool area.
*The pool is fully fenced and can be locked.
*We have pool noodles, various sizes of life jackets, and pool toys for our guests.
*The pool is open seasonally from mid-May to mid-October.
(If you are into laps & water slides, the city pool is across the street and only $6/day pass).
As mentioned, our home is pet-friendly. Please note there is a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing them. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed in the pool or to be unattended in the home at any time, please understand and respect our policy.
This home is a split level home with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on each level.
Upstairs:
Living Room - Open floor plan, 2 comfy couches, a Smart TV, coffee table, side tables, floor pouf and chairs for extra seating.
Kitchen - Fully-equipped, new Samsung stainless steel appliances, everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, from dishes to a Crock Pot. We provide spices and some cooking basics for our guests and always have a fully stocked coffee area. There's a kitchen island with seating, as well as a dining table. Just off the kitchen, an elevated deck with additional seating offers the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee or an al fresco meal.
Not only is there a coat closet on this level, but the closet also contains cleaning supplies, a pack and play, high chair, and safety gates for the stairs, perfect for families with young children.
Bedroom 1 - "The Sage Room": king bed, Smart TV, nightstands, chair, large closet with shelving system, luggage rack. Red cliff views.
Bedroom 2 - "The Llama Room": queen bed, nightstands, large closet with shelving system, luggage rack. Pool view.
Full Bathroom - Large vanity, commode, shower/tub combo. Storage area is fully stocked with towels, extra linens, toiletries, hair dryer and more.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 3 - "Sunny Days": queen bed, nightstands, corner cabinet, closet with shelves, hanging bar, and luggage rack. Red cliff views.
Bedroom 4 - "Crimson Desert": queen bed, workstation with desk and chair, nightstands, cushion, closet with shelf, hanging bar and luggage rack. Pool view.
Full Bathroom - Jetted tub great for relaxing after a long day of hiking and exploring. Also fully stocked with towels, toiletries and additional linens.
Laundry Room - Full size washer and dryer. We include detergent, fabric softener, and other supplies for your convenience. Also a door leading outdoors to the pool.
The Fun Zone! There's a Smart TV, couch and ping pong table in this family-friendly room. In the room adjacent to this one, you'll find the ever popular Pop-a-Shot basketball arcade game. Good times await!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except the garage. Guests will be given a code for entry prior to their arrival.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located right across the street from Jacob Hamblin Park which means you're steps away from many fun amenities - an incredible playground for the kids, splash pad, pavilions, BBQ grills, city pool (complete with a lazy river, hydro tube, lap pool, and zero entry kid area), skatepark with pump track, basketball courts, rubber volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, baseball fields, and green spaces!
The city park is host to many special events throughout the year in addition to the 4th of July festivities. These include various races/marathons such as Grand to Grand, Trail Fest, Maumelle Mountain Race, and Over the Rainbow Marathon just to name a few. The Heat Stroker little league baseball/softball tournament is also held annually. If you have little ball players, this house is calling your name!
Kanab was recently named "best small desert town" by Travel & Leisure for good reason. It is the perfect base camp to visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Escalante Staircase National Monument, hike The Wave (lottery ticket required), multiple national monuments and other worldly slot canyons.
Kanab is also home to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Angel's Canyon which is a must do while you're in town.
Beyond the city park, are miles and miles of red cliff trails. The Kanab Connector trail system is 1 block from our house. Whether you want to take a short walk or a challenging 1/2 day hike, the trail system is fantastic and steps away.
Getting Around:
Kanab Bliss is just 4 blocks away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab.
Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date .
For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property. Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well as the pool.
Again, this home is pet-friendly with a $50 pet fee, but we do ask you to be responsible for your pet. Pets must be kept in a crate when left unattended in the home. Please clean up after your pet's messes, both inside and out! We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
