Fully furnished home plus guest cottage offering 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large 30x40 covered patio, hot tub and wraparound porch is located on four acres right on the Finley River yet just a mile from historic Ozark, shopping, and major attractions, 15 minutes from Springfield Mo and 30 minutes from Branson.
We offer three bedrooms in the main house, each with queen-size beds, two full baths, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and dining area plus a BBQ grill just outside the back door on covered porch. The Great Room includes a 55" Smart Tv and gas fireplace. Laundry room includes washer, dryer, iron, steamer and laundry detergent.
The Guest Cottage includes two additional bedrooms with queen size beds, a full bath, fully equipped kitchen, a family room off the kitchen plus a very large hearth room with fireplace, large TV, dining area, lots of comfortable seating options and a small daybed.
The 30x40 covered patio includes numerous seating options and a large Blackstone Griddle which makes cooking easy. The hot tub is available 24/7 year-round.
We have inner tubes and a two-man kayak for your use, paddles and life jackets. Finley River is wonderful for swimming, fishing, wading or just skipping rocks. A 30 minute float trip from our gravel bar will take you to Ozark's River Park and Bass Pro's unique Finley Farm and Historic Ozark Mill.
