Summary: The main issue I had with my stay was that when checking in the woman at the front desk gave me keys that didn't work and when returning to tell her about it she looked up my information and gave me a totally different room, I am not sure why she changed the room just to fix a key problem but I am guessing she gave us a room that was already assigned to someone else. I also paid for a room with a roll in shower and the room she gave me was a normal shower but at this point I was tired and just accepted the fate I wasn't going to get the room I paid for. The people above me also had kids and they were bouncing up and down and running in the room for hours on in and nothing was done about it when I complained. The hotel also allows animals and for someone who is highly allergic to animals I bumped into and had to ride the elevator down with 3 different dogs.
