A new queen size mattress was put in both the downstairs master bedroom and the upstairs 4th bedroom in 2023. This home accepts any day check in for your convenience. Make your vacation memories in this 2 story home located in the Ocean Pines community. Take advantage of all the community has to offer. Plan a family picnic lunch at the park, let the kids run off their energy at one of the many playgrounds, or schedule a tennis or golf outing (fees apply). This 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home has room for the whole family. The chef in the family will appreciate the stainless steel appliances and fully equipped kitchen. The open floor plan allows you to have access to the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bar with ample natural light from the sliders. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, one being the master. The master bathroom has a tiled shower and floors and granite countertops. Enjoy a day of sun at the beach in Ocean City or catch some waves at Assateague. The thrill seekers will love a boardwalk stroll filled with games, food, and amusement rides. For those quieter evenings, gather on the screened porch or deck for refreshments and conversation. Bed sizes are: 2 Queens, 1 Full futon, and 1 Pyramid Bunk (New mattress on bottom bed of pyramid bunk for 2024). There is a new A/C heat pump on the 2nd floor for 2024 season.
