The home is located along East State Route 106. There is enough space for three small cars. Please do not extend into the neighbors' parking areas. There are signs posted to indicate where to park.
There is air conditioning in two out of three bedrooms. The heat pump downstairs that has been acting up. We have tried to have it repaired, but it looks like we will need to replace the whole system this fall. The numerous fans and cool ocean breeze will help keep the home a pleasant temperature in the summer.
