Belford Apartment has been recently refurbished and decorated to a high standard. You can expect modern styling with a homely feel throughout. Sleeping up to four guests, the apartment boasts a living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a family bathroom and a private enclosed yard.
Upon entering the ground floor apartment, you’ll find the master bedroom on the left-hand side. This bedroom has been beautifully decorated with comfort in mind. You’ll find premium bedding and plush soft furnishings to ensure you have a great night’s sleep. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king size bed.
Similarly designed, the second bedroom is home to a comfortable double bed, along with ample storage space in the form of a bedside drawer and hanging space.
Designed as a modern and sophisticated space, you’ll still find everything you need to relax and get settled in the living room. A great spot to unwind, you can relax on the comfy sofas and turn on the flat screen Smart TV to keep up with your favourite shows. Also sharing this space is the dining area which includes a rectangular dining table and two matching benches.
The kitchen in Belford Apartment is fully equipped for self-catering stays. Amenities include a fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, hob and toaster so you can prepare home cooked meals during your stay. There is also a washing machine for your convenience.
Modern and clean, the family bathroom space features a bathtub with overhead shower, WC and basin.

Free on-street parking is available nearby on a first come, first served basis. No permit is required.

The Neighborhood:
North Shields is on the north bank of the River Tyne and is a working fishing port. The Fish Quay has an array of culinary delights with lots of good restaurants to choose from. There is also the option to eat al fresco with fresh fish and chips, while sitting and overlooking the Tyne, watching the vessels pass by.
The Old Low Light, once used as a means for navigating ships back into the Tyne, is now a facility run by volunteers celebrating the history and heritage of the area. It features a museum, shop, café, event space and viewing platform.
Royal Quays is built on the site of former docks, home to the North Shields International Ferry Terminal, outlet shopping, bowling and family activity centre.
Nearby Tynemouth is an upmarket seaside town. Boasting a beautiful sandy beach, a Victorian boating lake and an array of independent cafes, restaurants and bars, there is truly something for everyone in Tynemouth.
Enjoy relaxing walks along the seafront, amble along the promenade to the popular North Shields Fish Quay or explore the Blue Reef Aquarium.
If you have little ones, they’ll love Tynemouth Park where there is a dinosaur themed mini golf course and pedalo boats.
Getting Around:
North Shields offers direct rail access into Newcastle City Centre, as well as to towns including Whitley Bay and Gateshead via the Tyne & Wear Metro.
From North Shields, you can travel on the Shields Ferry across to South Shields.
A number of bus routes can be found running throughout North Shields, offering direct access to Newcastle, Whitley Bay, South Shields, Morpeth, Blyth and Sunderland.
