Drop off your bags and relax in Boho; a hostel which is ideal for backpackers & solo travellers due to its genuine social atmosphere and Backpacker Prices. We are the most budget-friendly hostel in Malta, whilst also holding the award for Best Malta Hostel by Hostelworld.com in 2024, and Trip Advisor, 15 years running.
Located in a lovely spacious Maltese Terraced House in a more quiet area of St Julian's, Boho offers the perfect escape from the city's main busy central strip, whilst still being only 15-20 minutes away on foot from it. (Please do take a minute to check our location on google maps, as we understand that whilst a short walk to reach the bay is more than fine for the majority of our guests, some others prefer to be more central.)
Blessed with a quaint courtyard with hammocks and outdoor dining space, and that ever-constant Maltese sunshine, Boho is simply a pleasure to wake up in and a lovely home-away-from-home to retreat to. What's more, it's a great base to meet other travellers to explore the island with.

CHECK IN: 24 hours. However, front desk assistance is open daily from 8:00-12:00 & 19:00-00:00 (midnight), so it's important to always email the hostel with your arrival time, especially if you're coming in between check in hours (afternoon), or landing late, so they'll email you with the Code to the Key Box at the gate.
Cancellation policy: 48 hours before arrival. Late cancellations and No-shows, will be charged 100% of their stay.
The property may pre-authorize your card prior to arrival.
Cards are accepted only when a guest books a minimum stay of 3 nights.
The hostel doesn't cater to groups larger than four guests. Groups of 4 or more guests will also be contacted for a deposit
