Summary: The hotel location is beautiful and access to the city center where most of the tours start is a 20 -25 min walk, a taxi ride or the city bus. They do provide a free airport shuttle. The staff was minimally helpful and customer service isn't their niche. Breakfast didn't match the class of the hotel. The restaurant did serve fantastic dishes and a buffet, both excellent. Service can definitely see improvement. Overall a 3/5.
