Summary: This hotel is AMAZING. Our room was large with a balcony that looked right out to the Matterhorn. The woodwork in the room as intricate. And did I mention there are 2 pools and 3 sauna rooms? The included breakfast was wonderful and the staff could not have been more helpful. Just know that if you're going to walk - it's a bit of a hike all the way across town. They do have an electric van that can come get you if you call. If I go back to Zermatt (and I do hope to someday) - I would absolutely stay here again!
