Summary: Overall good stay, with a friendly staff, and good quality food service. If your objective is a good quality hotel, without the finer amenities of a pool, elaborate spa, and workout facilities, this is a solid choice. The closest lift service is the Gornergrat railway, about a 3-5 minute walk from the ski storage room at the hotel. The bus stop is located next to this lift as well.
