Summary: The bed was horrible. Like sleeping on wood planks and sagged towards the center. My back was sore. Noise outside the room from 11 pm and still happening when we woke up at 7AM. It was music playing the entire time. I think the coffee shop/bakery was playing music below our room as someone worked through the night. Bathroom was all sink and counter. Toilet was crammed in a tiny space. Horrid water pressure in the impracticly designed shower. While an aestheticly pleasing hotel to the eye, it is one of the most uncomfortable rooms I have ever stayed in. Staff were pleasant enough. Gace "walking distance" reccommends for restaurants that were "upscale" and just"a few blocks" from the hotel which were anything but either of those things...sent us walking more than 10 blocks during a major heat advisory in the city. Im sure this hotel will be fine for most, but I will not be staying again.
