Summary: basic but okay for the price. stayed for 3 nights 2nd day after skiing came back to find our items had been moved around. it appeared our clothing in the wardrobe had moved. both passports where in my husbands jeans on a shelf in the wardrobe came back the room my passport was on the desk and my husbands was underneath the wardrobe right at the back - really dont know what went on in our room. on leaving - hotel tried to make out we hadnt paid! saying hotels.com paid on departure. still didnt believe us after showing app booking confirmation and PayPal statement- finally spoke to manager on the phone 30 mins later . turns out our room was a private rent within the hotel and the owner hadnt paided the bill - this caused a mad rush to the air port
