Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location was perfect, so close to the train station and the Cologne Cathedral. The front desk man was the nicest human I’ve ever met. I showed up at 11am praying a room was available for early check in because I was exhausted, but none were since it was fully booked. He offered me the only room available which was quite small, but I was so grateful and appreciative of it, the size didn’t bother me one bit. I’d stay here again!
Negative: The mattress was quite firm, but I guess some people might like that.
Summary: Great hotel and lovely staff!
