Summary: Customer service here is excellent! Entire staff is very friendy and helpful. The elevator is 100 years old and gets stuck on the 3rd floor often, the staff at the front desk run up the stairs many many times a day. They even seem happy to do it for you. Amazing customer service!. The rooms are pretty nice, simple and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is close enough to walk to any place you would want to go to on or close to Wiskey row. Only thing I was missing was a fridge.
