Summary: The Room we were allocated( 210) was not fit for purpose! Air Con unit leaking, cracked tiles on floor, bed leg collapsed, no cover plate on light switch to bathroom, light switch to bedroom sparked when turned on. The safe had been shut by someone, probably previos occupants of room and despite reporting this to reception, nothing was done to rectify it! We spent our entire hollday having to go out with all our money and passports, not acceptable. The Hotel was advertised as having a pool, hairdryer and a fridge in the room, bar and restaurant,but none of these facilities were in place. We were( after complaining) moved to another room(206) which was better. I have already been in touch with my Solicitor who is a good friend of mine and I will decide where we go from here depending on your response. I am looking to receive compensation in the form of a full refund. I await your comments
