Positive: The breakfast was excellent. Jawad the head of breakfast services was excellent, perceptive and knew what we wanted before we even thought of it. The rest of the staff were equally excellent and very helpful. Always had a smile and a conversation. The car valets and reception staff were excellent. Always willing to listen and provide recommendations. I will definitely be back. My only regret was that I did not have enough cash handy to give more tips. A cashless tipping system would be a great idea.

Negative: The lobby could do with a refurb. And the coffee machines in the rooms should be free for the entire stay. I am happy to overlook that tho it’s the staff were so excellent. A 5 start hotel should not have a non free coffee pods
