The cabin is located about 4km from the town Donnersbachwald - a romantic alpine village with plenty of leisure activities in winter and in summer. Below the cottage is a sparsely inhabited farmhouse, otherwise located in a secluded area. Behind the cottage is an alpine pasture with cows and calves.

Next town Donnersbachwald in 4km, with shops, restaurants, amusement park, swimming lake, tennis court. The skiing area Riesneralm with 30km prepared ski runs, snow park, ski school and ski kindergarden is just 4km from here. The Riesneralm is an insider tip for families. 5ha slopes and 5 ski runs especially for children! Modern snow covering machines, racetrack and a wide free-ride-terrain. Hiking trails start right in front of the cottage. In summer, take the Riesneralm mountain railway and visit the new peak-experience-swimming bath with infinity pool on an altitude of 1,900m! Join the treasure hunt to the mountain plateau, where a Hochseesitz (= a playground of a special kind, with the possibility to raft, to clamber onto an artificial rock or walk along the barfoot path) is located.

Ground floor: living room with integrated kitchen equipped with electric cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave satellite TV, exit to the balcony. 1 double room, 1 three-bed room with balcony, large bathroom with bath tub, shower and toilet. Upper floor: second living room with kitchen and satellite TV, balcony, 1 double room, 1 three-bed room, bathroom with bath tub, shower, toilet. Central heating, Wifi, bed linen are available. In front of the cottage is a big teracce with seats and a barbecue - plenty of meadows - perfect for children! The whole house can be rented for up to 10 persons, or smaller groups (then you can only use one floor).
