Located on the main East coast line, express trains stop at Alnmouth train station throughout the day so you can get a direct train to London in just three-and-a-half hours. Edinburgh is just one hour away, Berwick upon Tweed and Newcastle just half an hour. Pope Lodge is located just a mile from the station so you can hop in a taxi easily.

There are a number of bus stops throughout Alnmouth. Hop on the 418 which takes you through to Belford with stops in beautiful areas of Northumberland like Craster, Beadnell and Bamburgh. The X18 route travels between Newcastle and Berwick upon Tweed with stops in Morpeth, Amble and Seahouses.
