You will enjoy the beautiful scenic view of Bald Mountain Lake from this newly renovated two bedroom, two bath condo. The floor plan design features hard floor surfaces downstairs and carpet upstairs.The two bedrooms, each with brand new Queen size beds and matresses including a futon in the master bedroom have a private bath in each. The master bedroom features a walk in shower while the guest bedroom has tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms feature new TVs as well. The kitchen features new cabinets and granite countertops. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances, ceramic cooktop on range and undercabinet microwave. There is even a stack washer and dryer in a utility closet, The deck off the living room provides a beautiful and relaxing place to unwind. This condo is near the common pinic area on Bald Mountain Lake with a short walking distance to other amentities,
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
