The split-level foyer gives the option to go downstairs to the basement level or upstairs to the living room, kitchen, and first two bedrooms. Hang your jackets on the coat rack or take off your shoes on the bench before heading to one of the main areas. Upstairs, you'll find a roomy, light-filled family room with a large sectional, a flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace heater for extra warmth.
The open layout leads to the dining room, featuring a large 8-person table. The big windows provide second-story views and create tons of natural light. The dining table is set with placemats, plates, and utensils, ready for your meals. The kitchen, adjacent to the dining room, is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and meal-prepping essentials. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
Type of Cooling for the Home:
-Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Security Cameras:
-There is a security doorbell and a security camera in the driveway. Please do not tamper with any security cameras.
Dog Policy:
-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. There are no charges for service animals.
