Positive: Great house with 4 large bedrooms. 2 bedrooms at the 1st floor (double bed and bunk bed) and 2 bedrooms at the ground floor. All the rooms have blinds for the windows, great. Bathroom and toilet are both at the ground floor. Kitchen is well equiped, but small. There isn't a livingroom, but both hallways and the bedrooms are large. We loved it is very close to Legoland, 8 min by car, fantastic. It's also very close to different supermarkets and bakeries. The garden is fine, but there is nothing but grass.
Negative: Note that the road is a very busy road with lots of noisy traffic 24/7. Also noisy big trucks etc. It sounds living next to a highway and you can also hear it in the house with all the windows closed. Also in the garden you hear the road. So for us for Legoland it was great, but if you don't want to hear highway sounds 24/7 it's not the best choise.
Summary: Comfortable house very close to Legoland, but lot of traffic noise
