There isn't another Harris Ranch home like this available for your family vacation or company retreat. Situated at the base of the Boise Foothills, this beautiful home is the right size for your family to relax, unwind, and to find some solitude.
Watch a movie in the theater room, grill on the covered patio with a built-in natural gas barbecue, play a game of ping-pong, or hop around on the trampoline. During summer months, you're also welcome to take a dip in the community pool!
The space
The home has a great room concept so that all guests can be together while cooking, eating, or relaxing. The main level also has a private office workspace, a mudroom, bedroom, full bathroom, theater, dining area and kitchen.
Upstairs has four bedrooms, two full baths, and a laundry room.
Outside has a long driveway, basketball hoop, covered patio, ping-pong table, trampoline, and seating area.
The kids are going to love this house!
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house and property, however the third bay is reserved for the owner's belongings.
Other things to note
The dining room table can seat 6 comfortably. If you need a bigger table for all 10 guests to sit at one place, we can provide one at current rental rates. We can accommodate this with reasonable lead time and advance notice.
Also, the next door neighbor rents the 3rd garage bay and he stores his car there. The 3rd bay is blocked off from the rest of the house. We give the guests notice before the neighbor enters this part of the garage.
Community pool is open during the summer months only.
Installed microwave is tricky to use, so we've provided another microwave (on the counter).
