Summary:
This Historic Urban Loft is perfect to be close to downtown Columbus. Exposed brick, a historic vibe, yet modern and stylish. This location is to die for! This apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd level of our building. Our apartment has some tight spaces, and may not be best for someone who is larger, or has mobility issues. This is the perfect apartment for walking to work/or play! Lots of great food and drinks within walking distance.
The Space:
To enter you will walk up a fire escape and use a keypad code on either door. Once inside you will find every surface has been updated, and all new furniture. On the 2nd floor of the building we have a kitchen, living/dining room, and a large bedroom. On the 3rd level we have an attic space turned bedroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The main bedroom also has a desk and chair as the perfect workspace.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full exclusive access to apartment 571.5 which is the 2nd and 3rd floor of the North side of the building. We share the yard with our neighbor below us.
The Neighborhood:
German Village is an amazing gem in Ohio! Historic cobblestone streets take you to the trendiest places to eat, Schiller Park, or to Downtown Columbus. We are 3 blocks south of Downtown, and 1 block West of High Street.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:
$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
