Renovated, charming Annapolis home on half-acre lot fronting Burley Creek. Just a short paddle to Whitehall Bay and expansive waters of the Chesapeake Bay. Four sliding glass doors overlook the water with panoramic views of evening sunsets. Home features 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, newly renovated kitchen, huge deck overlooking the water, outdoor grill, kayaks, SUPs. Historic downtown Annapolis harbor only 15 minutes by car OR boat. Dock accommodates 40-foot boat. MLW six feet.
Waterfront with pier and sunset views. Large deck with ample seating and large dining table.
Guests will enjoy the entire two-level house situated on one-half acre on the water. Water access via the dock with paddle board and kayak available for your enjoyment.
Other things to note
There is a sailboat and power boat moored at the dock. During your stay someone may access the sailboat on the dock. We promise any disruption will be minimal.
Due to COVID 19 we ask guest to be responsible and keep risks to a minimum. We ask you follow all local, state and federal health guidelines to protect yourself, others and to prevent the spread of COVID 19. Gathering should be limited to 10 or less people.
