This entire three-bedroom and two-bath home has been fully remodeled including new roof, floors, bathrooms, kitchen cabinets and appliances as well as all windows and exterior doors! The place is nice.
The Neighborhood:
The Zia House is located in the historic Chihuahua Hill neighborhood above downtown Silver City. Only a half mile from Broadway and Bullard we are just a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Because of a combination of a small city park, the hill's steepness, retaining walls and empty lots across the street and below us we do not have any close neighbors that see or hear us. This ideal combination gives us a centrally located property in the city that offers a degree of privacy usually associated with rural areas.
Our house is high on the hill and has big views of the valley looking east.
