4 Bedroom House in Alberta Arts District, Portland
Large farmhouse with 4 bedrooms*, 2 baths and fenced back yard. Great for families! A few blocks from the best coffee shops, restaurants and galleries on Alberta. We are currently only renting 30+ days. You will be renting our entire main house, enclosed backyard with grill and fire pit. Our lower level unit is a completely separate space that we rent to other guests. If you are also interested in renting our one bed, one bathroom apartment downstairs, please reach out!
The Alberta Arts District is an historically eclectic and racially diverse part of Portland, long home to many artists and families. The neighborhood has been gentrifying and that has brought many new shops and restaurants to the area. There are wonderful parks, playgrounds within walking distance (Alberta Park and Wilshire Park), coffee shops, cafes and boutiques.
*Our fourth bedroom is currently set up as an office/second living space with a desk but does have a sleeper couch that can accommodate one person.
