Positive: The location and parking
Negative: I wouldn't stay here in Summer because the AC is fixed at 26.5 degrees and you cannot adjust it. So we spent the night feeling uncomfortable. The pillows are very flat and the mattress is worn out. We could hear the train and cars too. It was noisy.
