A spacious, comfortable and cheerful 17th cent. house right in the historical centre of the medieval town of Saint-Marcel (Department Centre - Loire Valley). It features 2 double bedrooms with a fascinating downhill view, a large lounge area+fully equipped kitchen and a small private garden.
A20 is appr. a 3-5min drive. Vast free parking. A local restaurant is at hand; a big supermarket is in 600m.

Please note in the peak season from early July to early September we offer Bed & Breakfast accommodation. Outside this peak season, the property is offered on a self catering basis per our standard 3 day and 5 day rate deals.

The location of the house supports different agendas: e.g. Argentomagus, a renowned museum and archeological site, is in 3 min walk; , Argenton-sur-Creuse with all its attractions, cultural and social life is within a walking distance too. There are plenty of possibilities to enjoy your time in the house - we have billiards, you may relax on the balcony with a glass of wine or a cold beer, or have a meal or even a barbeque in the private yard in the tree shade. We are quite flexible and would be happy to meet special wishes of our guests.
