We are offering our converted boat shed cabin as an idyllic setting for your weekend away.
Cosy & bright it has 2 bedrooms with a combined lounge and kitchen. Large bi-folding doors allow the outside in with water views in all weather.
A great spot to escape the rain or heat while being comfortable just metres from the sea.
All your needs are covered within this small space of rustic contemporary design, with smart TV, WIFI, air con, outdoor deck with BBQ and fire pit. The kitchen is equipped with coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, basic electric cooking appliances and utensils. Essential pantry staples: oil, salt & pepper, sauces, butter, jam and some treats are on offer.
Linen, toiletries and quality towels provided.
Offering a range of activities at your doorstep, there is no need to leave: kayaking or paddle boarding, fishing off the seawall, swimming in the high tide, crab chasing on the mud flat on low tide or a trip on a boat. There is a kayak, stand up paddle board, body boards and life vest free to use.
This is a hidden sanctuary, ideal as couples retreat, parents with kids wanting a getaway without having to travel for activities.
Located right on the water front of North Arm Cove, on the northern side of beautiful Port Stephens. 55min by car to Nelson Bay. 45min north of Newcastle. 1hr to the Hunter Valley vineyards. 2.5hrs from Sydney.
Nearest cafés, restaurants and grocery shops are 7 minutes south in Karuah or 20 minutes north in Tea Gardens.
Please note we live in the main residence on the property. There is a shared driveway, garden and water access area.
