Summary: The apartment worked great for us, with its fridge, stove, and outdoor screened-in patio. It’s an easy drive to the beaches down by Scoglitti, and towns like Ragusa and Gela are close, too. Vittoria, very close to hand, will have most anything you need. But the real highlight is the caretakers, who are just the nicest and most hospitable people! They always made sure we had everything we needed and never gave me a hard time about my toddler-level Italian. Plus, the best croissants we’ve ever had!
